Description: On December 4, Moooi Miami
along with Majestic Properties,
Nikki Style and Mondrian
South Beach Hotel and
Residences hosted a launch
party for Art Basel 2007 coined
“Expect the Unexpected” at
the Moooi location in Midtown Miami. The design
event inspired and engaged an audience of art and
design aficionados and while members of the press
previewed Moooi’s 2008 collection, an edgy take
on “modern meets classic.”
Event: All Aboard the Allure Shadow Date: October 26th, 2007 Description: On October 26, The Sails
Marina in Fort Lauderdale became
a vision in white as more
than 1,500 VIP guests joined
Nikki Beach, Nikki Style and
Shadow Marine aboard the
breathtaking 220-foot Allure
Shadow for an all-white, all-night yacht party.
Among the guests strolling along the yacht’s five
decks and lingering on the sky lounge were no shortage
of Florida’s business leaders and nautical enthusiasts
who had turned out not only to hob nob the
night away but also to check out Shadow Marine’s
most luxurious Allure-class sport utility vessel.
Event: Funkshion - Where Music and Fashion Collide. Date: October 20th, 2007 Description: What can we say? Another year, another fabulous Funkshion:
Fashion Week Miami Beach. Then again, what else would
you expect from a week that celebrates fashion and music
in what is essentially the world’s hottest city?
When word got out that Harpers Bazaar en Español and
GQ magazines were organizing the opening day’s kick off
events, everybody knew this year’s fashion week parties
were going to be a blast.
